Falcon Shopper Giveaway Rules.

1. Only Colorado residents are eligible to enter the drawings.

2. Duplicate entries (duplicate e-mail addresses) will not be counted.

3. The winning entry will be drawn at random from the cumulative qualified entries. Duplicate e-mail addresses will be excluded.

4. The winner will be notified by phone. In the event the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the drawing, a new drawing will be held and new winner will be selected.

5. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash value or any other merchandise.

6. The winner will be posted on falconshopper.com and may also be pictured in the Falcon Shopper magazine. Any entrant wishing to remain anonymous should not participate.

7. Employees and immediate family of Falcon Shopper or participating sponsors are not eligible to win.

8. Odds of winning will be contingent on total number of qualified entries received.

9. Entry in this giveaway will automatically add your e-mail address to the falconshopper.com e-mail database and will also be shared with the participating sponsor of the giveaway only. Information you submit will not be sold or otherwise shared with any other entity. You will periodically receive e-mail updates from falconshopper.com. You may remove your name from this database by using the "unsubscribe" option that will be included in any e-mail sent.
